Overview

The Technical Assistant will support project leaders in documenting, storing, and producing deliverables. This role will include deliverable production, system setup, documentation assembly, and data entry. This Technical Assistant will accurately implement standards with special concern for quality and timeliness.

Desired Qualifications:

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or Associate degree (A.A., A.S.) from a two-year community college or technical college. Preferred 1-2 years of experience.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements. Generally, travel should not exceed 5% of your time.

Duties:

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Completing deliverable production by accurately following standards and best practices.
  • Entering data into various programs by cross referencing materials so that project leaders can accurately analyze data and complete project design
  • Assembling documentation packages by using data from various programs to compile deliverable packages
  • Updating project delivery software and deliverable sets with information from various sources and mediums
  • Working alongside of leadership teams to identify ways to reduce waste in the design processes

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Work within software packages to produce documents, spreadsheets, databases, email, and other information secondary to deliverables
  • Assist delivery leaders in supporting project execution within the lanes
