We have an immediate opening for a HR Administrative Assistant located in our Corporate Support Center.  If you are a self-starter; have a strong work ethic and enjoy handling multiple tasks daily; this position may be for you.

Desired Qualifications:

Having a helpful and friendly attitude while assisting employees and customers is a must. Your aptitude for organization, accuracy, and multi-tasking skills are required. Education and experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic office skills helpful. Both written and verbal communication skills are applied daily. On-the-job training will develop the specific skills needed to perform the role effectively.

Duties:

This support and service-oriented position has a wide variety of duties including, but not limited to:

  • Administrative office tasks (data entry, answer phones, supplies restock, etc…).
  • Job Advertising in newspapers and online resources.
  • Help assist with the fleet vehicles program.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Work with sensitive and personal HR & Payroll documents.
  • Help pre-plan meals/snacks for meetings and other company events.
  • Back-up of receptionist & mailroom.
